I must say full credit to Dan for fantastic customer service at Spares4Hoover regarding a damaged freezer drawer front I had received. From the moment I emailed stating the issue, his response was very quick and communication superb. I just had to send photos showing the damage, and a replacement was ordered straight away without the need for me to send it back and the new one. received within the stated time. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that has old fashioned top quality customer service. I can certainly recommend them. Nice one Dan.
