It takes a while till things are delivered, but that is a delivery service thing and not Hoover. Constantly updating is top, you get the feeling that as a customer you are well serviced and be seriously.
One thing: because my order went abroad I had to pay extra taxes, and that was not expected. But the ordered part is doing well, so it was not for nothing.
